I was correct in my predictions.  It is indeed raining with a complete overcast.  The temperature right now is 32.9 degrees with a dew point of 31.1 degrees making the relative humidity 93%.  We have a very calm wind coming in at 1 mph from the east and a barometric pressure reading of 29.55 Hg.  A low pressure front to the north is most likely causing this.  I think tomorrow we will see some sunlight and no rain based on the map below and the rain moving on to the east.
